Our Process

In-home Consultations…

Green Gate offers in-home consultations to discuss your upcoming project, at no charge to you. This usually requires approximately one hour of everyone’s time to review existing conditions and discuss expectations about the project’s renovated look and function. We will also discuss your budget as well as a desired start and completion date.

Preliminary Bid & Contract…

After the initial consultation, we will submit a preliminary bid. Once Green Gate and the homeowner have agreed to a price and a scope of work, a contract will be signed and work on your project can begin.

Communication is Key…

During the job we will communicate with you almost daily and at any time to discuss any concerns, issues or questions you may have.
